The hotel is a charming small place. the staff at the reception desk are attentive and caring. - the location is beautiful for traveling around Schwangau, a short walk to the Bavarian royal castles and a neighboring farm.

The hotel was attractive and perfectly clean with excellent views to the castle. The units were luxury and the staff were absolutely lovely people at the reception desk. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I appreciated the delicious food.

The location was perfect and comfortable, really close to the visitor center and the Neuschwanstein castle. The terrace had a lot of local meals for breakfast. Everything met expectation, I would not hesitate to return here...

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a superb area, really close to the other restaurant, the Bavarian royal castles of Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein and the mountains and castles. the location was exceptionally nice and ideal - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Overall it was air-conditioned for views of the castles.

there was some construction that was going on that started a little early in the morning, 7:30 a.m. that woke us up but we loved everything else.

The hotel is a great vaule for money, our room has stunning view of both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. The wellness facilities are great too. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
